Last updated October 9, 2026. This policy explains what RK Auto (1430 E Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85006) does with the information you give us on rkauto.shop.
What we collect
When you send a message, ask about a vehicle, request the VIN, ask for a delivery estimate or send a Buy now request, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, state and message, plus the vehicle or page you asked about. For delivery we also collect your street address, city and ZIP code.
To stop spam and abuse we briefly use your IP address in a scrambled (hashed) form to limit how many requests can be sent. We don't use advertising trackers. Your saved vehicles and theme choice stay in your own browser.
How we use it
To answer your request, send you a confirmation email with your submission number, arrange a sale, and plan pickup or delivery. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep request records while we follow up and as part of our business records, and sales records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete a request at any time.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@rkauto.shop. Include your submission number if you have it.
